Windows "Run" Command

Issue You try to start JExpress Installer from the Windows "Run" command and after a few seconds of disk access nothing happens.
Comments First, try using the JRE command instead of the JREW command so you can see any error messages that the VM might provide. Also, be sure to include the full path where the JExpress Installer resides in front of the class name. Lastly, do not just include the -cp . switch in the command line because the JRE will look in the Windows directory to find the class.
