Unable to Load Properties

Issue	You start *JExpress Loader* and it appears not to do anything for several minutes and then it pops up a Window with the warning message "Unable to load properties".
Comments	Check your connection to the Internet, your DNS server, and the web site where you're trying to get the installation files. One of these connections is probably having trouble.
