Unable to Load Options

Issue	A few minutes after you start JExpress Loader you see the warning message "Unable to load options from jex.control".
Comments	Your connection to the Internet or the web site with the files you want to install isn't working properly. If you are using a firewall, web gateway, or proxy server it probably is configured to only allow specified programs to talk to web servers. Use the an installer through the http server. If you are not using a firewall or similar system, verify your connection with your browser and other Internet diagnostic tools to see where the difficulty lies.
