Unable to delete directory

Issue	JExpress reports the error, "Unable to delete directory", while trying to distribute your installer to your ftp server.
Comments	Your ftp server must support the NLIST or nlist commands. If it does not, then you should remove the check mark next to the Erase all of the directory on the FTP host before using option on the Distribution panel.
