Main Class Stored in Wrong Directory when Finding Classes

Issue	When I set JExpress to Automatically find classes on the Classes panel, and my Main class is inside a package, then JExpress stores my Main class in the wrong directory (i.e., the installation directory).
Comments	Don't use the Browse button to select your Main class. Instead, type in the full class name, with the package name including the . separators, into the Main class file field.
