Exec.runCommand(String) Generates Exception

Issue	If I use JExpress' Exec. runCommand (String command) method in a custom panel, I get an exception error.
Comments	We recommend that you use either Exec.runCommand(String, File) or Exec.runCommand(String, String) to avoid this challenge. If the command can be executed from the current directory, then the second parameter can simply be ".".
