JExpress Freezes while Connecting to Host

Issue	When I build my project and have the Distribute online box checked, JExpress freezes with the message "Connecting to [ftp host name]".
Comments	You must have a connection already established to the Internet/Intranet. If you started your Winsock before you started JExpress, then you probably will need to exit JExpress, exit your Winsock stack, restart your Winsock stack and have it connect to the Internet, and finally restart JExpress, and restart the build.
