Class Not Found: JPanel

Issue	I try to run JExpress and get the error "Class Not Found: JPanel".
Comments	The file swingall.jar must be in the classpath and in the JavaHome's lib subdirectory. If you installed JExpress with the native installer, then it installed Swing in the correct locations.
